How it works
Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) anywhere in the dashboard to open the command palette. Type to reach a page, or pick an action: create expense, record payment, generate statements, add owner, add vendor, import bank statement, manage categories, manage allocation rules. Ctrl+Shift+K opens the Domera assistant. Both work from any screen.

Go to dashboard, buildings, owners, vendors, revenue tracker, reporting, reconciliation, settings, announcements. Each is a row in the palette; arrow keys move, Enter runs. The list is the same on every screen.
Actions that need a building — recording a payment, creating an expense, generating statements — ask for it inside the palette: type a few letters of the name, choose, and the dialog opens for that building. It is the same dialog as the button on the building page, so validation, VAT rate and allocation preview are identical. Nothing is posted from the palette itself; it opens the form.
Ctrl+K (⌘K) is the palette: navigation and forms. Ctrl+Shift+K is the Domera assistant: a chat panel that answers questions about your buildings — 'what is the collection rate this month?' — and can prepare an expense, a payment or an approval for you to confirm. Use the palette when you know the screen; use the assistant when you know the question.
The palette opens the same server actions as the buttons. Each action checks your role and building membership on the server before it writes anything, and row-level security applies to every query it makes. A manager not assigned to a building is refused by the server action, whatever the palette shows. The palette is a shortcut to the door, not a second key.
