Domera is building management software from a multinational European team based in Cyprus. It allocates the common expenses, issues the owner statements, tracks the inspections and files the minutes for buildings in 31 countries.
What we believe
Three principles, one ledger
Clear
Every figure on a statement can be traced to an invoice, a rule and a rounding step. If an owner cannot follow the arithmetic, the statement is not finished.
Candid
We say what the product does not do. It does not file a tax return; it produces the figures the accountant needs. Where a rule is national, we name the law or say where to confirm it.
European
One building's books look different in Nicosia, Berlin and Madrid. Locale, currency, VAT and date format are set per company, so a manager with buildings in two countries runs both from one account.

Cyprus first, Europe by design
Europe is the frame and Cyprus is the first worked example. The rules that differ by country are set in the company's profile, not written into the code.

Security and data
The building's data, kept apart
A management company's records are its own. Owners see their own units; managers see the buildings they are assigned to.
- Row-level security
- Every table in the database is scoped to the management company that owns the row. The policy is enforced by PostgreSQL itself, not only by the application.
- Audit trail
- Every change to a financial or compliance record carries who made it, what changed and when. Approved allocations and issued statements are not edited in place.
- Preview before write
- When the Domera assistant drafts an expense, records a payment or approves an expense, it shows the change first. Nothing is written until you confirm it.
- Hosting
- The sub-processors we use and where they run are listed in the privacy policy. Ask us for the hosting details for your company and we will send them.
