How it works
Add a building through a six-step wizard: basics (name, type, units), manager, address with autocomplete and map location, share calculation (allocation methods), expense categories, and access (door and key codes). Each step validates before the next. What comes out is a building whose units carry their shares and whose categories carry their rules, so the first expense allocates correctly.
Every unit exists with its ownership share (and square metres, floor and elevator share where a rule needs them); every expense category has an allocation rule; the building has a manager. The wizard asks for exactly these, in order, and does not move on with a required field empty. A card flagged '1 unit missing' is a building whose declared unit count has not yet been reached.
Basics: name, type (apartment block, house and others), unit count. Manager: the person in charge. Address: street, town, country, with autocomplete and a map pin. Share calculation: the allocation method per category — ownership share, square metres, equal, per floor, elevator share, custom. Categories: the company's list, applied to the building. Access: door and key codes for contractors.
From the document your country uses. In Cyprus, typically the shares in the title deed (often in thousandths); in Germany the Miteigentumsanteile in the Teilungserklärung; in Greece the χιλιοστά in the σύσταση οριζόντιας ιδιοκτησίας. Enter them per unit and check that they total 100 % before continuing. Confirm the shares against the registered document; the engine allocates what you record.
